Zenme Clean is an online home-care brand offering plant-inspired, non-toxic cleaning products for everyday Indian homes, including but not limited to:

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders, including:

• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the details provided are accurate and valid. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

6.Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout, if applicable.
• Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
• Repeated refusal of COD orders, or providing incorrect delivery details, may result in COD being disabled or a request for prepayment on future orders.
• We reserve the right to verify COD orders by phone or message before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

7.Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery timelines shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates and may vary due to:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays and festivals
• Unforeseen operational issues

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. 8.Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud or misuse, unverifiable COD orders, or pricing and listing errors.

You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but may be handled under our Returns & Replacements policy below. If a cancelled prepaid order has already been paid for, an appropriate refund will be processed.

9.Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. Where a refund is due by law or for an undeliverable prepaid order, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval. For COD orders, eligible refunds will be processed to a bank account or UPI ID that you provide and verify.

10.Product Use & Disclaimer

• Our products are for external, household cleaning use only. Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Always follow the usage instructions and precautions printed on each product label. Test on a small area first where advised.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of products, use contrary to label instructions, or adverse reactions arising from individual sensitivities. If you have known sensitivities, please review ingredients before use.

11.Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including the Zenme Clean name, logo, graphics, product images, website design, text, icons, and videos — is the exclusive property of Shri Shyam Traders or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
